Option 2 - Private coach transfer (Welcome Club Bologna)

Students travel to the Speak Teens Welcome Club in Bologna, where they board a private coach directly to Valbonella. Speak staff are on hand from the moment students arrive at the meeting point.

Meeting point: Hotel Amadeus, Borgo Panigale, Bologna

Students arriving by train at Bologna Centrale can be collected and taken to the Welcome Club to catch the coach. Contact us to arrange this.

€70 per journey
Transfer from Bari: students travelling from southern Italy can join a combined Freccia train + private coach service departing from Bari Centrale. Cost: €70 per journey. Contact us for details.

Travelling without a parent or guardian

Speak Teens can receive students arriving as unaccompanied minors at Bologna Airport. A dedicated member of the Speak Transfer Team will meet your child in the arrivals area and accompany them to the camp.

To use this service, please contact us in advance so we can prepare the necessary documentation. All students departing from Bologna Airport without a parent or guardian are treated as unaccompanied minors by Speak, regardless of airline policy.

Cost: €150 per journey.
Contact: teens@speakinitaly.com - please get in touch well in advance of the camp date.

Getting home at the end of camp

On the final day, students can be collected directly from Valbonella, or travel back via the Bologna Welcome Club on the private coach. Students returning to Bologna by train will be accompanied to the station by a Speak staff member. Airport transfers - including for unaccompanied minors - are also available.
