1. Training needs analysis - It all starts with a meeting with Speak's Academic Team to establish your entry level and define your needs, weaknesses, interests and goals.
2. Anglos - Choose the Anglos you'd like to interact with - from a range of ages, nationalities, accents, and professional and cultural backgrounds.
3. Schedule - Plan your sessions for the weeks ahead, or agree them week by week for a more flexible approach to scheduling.
4. Learning materials - Choose the conversation topics you want to focus on across four macro categories: Work & Tech, Culture & Creativity, The Natural World and Global Issues. Receive a task before every conversation session with the Anglos.
5. Sessions - Meet your Anglo or your Teacher on Zoom for a 60-minute session, and check in with our Academic Team to monitor your progress.
